In an effort to become more environmentally friendly, Wonder HitZ Entertainment does not accept unsolicited physical demos. Instead, please send an e-mail to demoz@wonderhitz.com with a link to where we can check out your music online. It’s much faster, cheaper, and easier for us to listen to music on the web. If we like your stuff, we’ll request a CD or demo package.
[divider_flat] Do you offer internships?
Wonder HitZ Entertainment offers unpaid internships to anyone with a good work ethic and a passion to learn about the music industry. While we prefer to work with students pursuing a college degree, we are willing to collaborate with anyone that has a strong level of commitment. [divider_flat] Is Wonder HitZ Entertainment a major label?
Not yet. We are an independent record label entirely owned and operated with no outside financial support.
[divider_flat] I ordered some merch, when should I expect it?
We do our best to fulfill orders in a timely fashion. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery. In a rare case, it might take a bit longer due to availability, high demand, or an error with processing your payment. Either way, we’ll be sure to reach out if any issues come up!
[divider_flat] I received my merch, but there’s a problem with it. What now?
If there’s something wrong with your order, let us know by clicking here. If we messed up, sorry about that! Ship the order back to us within 10 business days and we’ll issue a full refund in the form of a redeemable voucher from our store. We’ll throw in a 10% discount coupon as well!
